Accounts Assistant Position (Payables)
Reporting to the Senior Accountant

Job Purpose:

• Handle all that pertains to the general payables desk, meet suppliers’ demands and to improve the relationship between Beiersdorf and its suppliers.

Key Result Areas

• Checking and analyzing of departmental budgets
• Raise purchase orders
• Booking of Invoices and subsequent payment to suppliers

Knowledge and Skills requirement

• A Business related degree
• CPA part II
• Two years experience preferably in a result - oriented and busy accounting/finance function
• Hands - on experience of accounting software. (SAP will be distinct advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites particularly in Excel.
• Honest, self-driven with good communication, analytical & interpersonal skills
