• Good communication skills

• 3 years experience

Chef

• 3 years experience in busy restaurant
• Relevant qualification
• Menu preparation
• Computer Literate
• Cost control

Waiters

• Computer Literate
• 2 years experience in a busy bar
• Age between 23 - 27 only.
